Read these terms before buying a personalized calendar or starting a weekly subscription.
1. Seller and acceptance
Monticello (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides manually prepared digital astrology calendars and written lunar recommendations to customers in the United States. The legal operator and contact information appear below. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to use your payment method, and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
2. Nature and scope of services
Products may include one-time personalized lunar calendars, annual calendars and written astrological interpretations, individually quoted digital calendar services, and the recurring Weekly Lunar Calendar with Recommendations. These are creative, interpretive and informational materials intended for personal reflection and entertainment. No physical goods are shipped. The exact deliverables for each one-time service are those described on the selection page before payment.
Astrology is not an exact or scientifically validated method of predicting future events. We do not promise specific outcomes, financial success, relationship outcomes, health improvements or accurate predictions. Content is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax or financial advice and must not substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your decisions.
3. Ordering, accurate information and communication
Give us a valid, accessible delivery email address and accurate details relevant to your requested calendar, which may include date, time and location of birth. If details are missing, we may ask you to supply them via email before preparation. Do not submit another person's birth information without authorization, and do not provide sensitive information that we did not request.
Custom-quote payments are for a price previously agreed with Monticello. The amount field has no quote-reference verification, so please enter the agreed amount accurately. Contact us if there is any uncertainty before paying.
4. Preparation and electronic delivery
We prepare and email each paid calendar within 3 U.S. business days after the payment has been confirmed and we have received all information reasonably needed to complete it. For weekly subscribers this timeframe applies to each successfully paid weekly issue. U.S. business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If we need information from you, the three-business-day preparation clock begins once it is received. We will contact you at your order email regarding missing details or material delays.
Delivery is by email to the address entered at checkout, ordinarily as a PDF or equivalent digital document. You are responsible for ensuring that our email can reach your inbox, including checking your spam folder. If a digital delivery fails, contact us and we will help resolve it.
5. One-time purchases and displayed amounts
One-time orders are charged once for the total shown on the payment review and payment authorization screens. Amounts are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). No recurring charge is created for a one-time order. Applicable taxes, when required, must be handled in accordance with the law and disclosed before charging the customer. Payment is processed by PayPal and eligible supported wallets; we do not ask for card numbers on our site.
6. Weekly Lunar Calendar subscription — automatic renewal
Price: $99.90 USD every 7 days, automatically renewing until canceled. This subscription is a recurring payment plan, not a one-time purchase. There is no free trial, no introductory discount, no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Your first payment is charged when successfully processed by PayPal; subsequent payments are attempted every 7 days according to PayPal's billing schedule. Billing continues until you cancel. A paid weekly issue is prepared manually and delivered under section 4.
Before enrollment, the site displays the weekly amount, renewal interval, cancellation instructions and an unchecked box requesting express consent to automatic renewal. PayPal separately requests approval of the subscription. We store records of your acceptance and payment status where reasonably necessary for compliance and customer support. PayPal may change the exact billing date due to payment failures or processing conditions; your PayPal subscription details show the next scheduled charge.
7. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel the subscription online at any time, without a fee, using the private “Manage or cancel my subscription” link supplied after subscription authorization, or directly in your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Subscriptions and saved businesses. If you lose the link, email us at the address below. Cancellation prevents future renewals when processed; already completed payments remain subject to the refund policy. For certainty, cancel before the next scheduled payment. We do not require a phone call or a retention conversation. Where law provides additional cancellation rights or timing protections, those rights apply.
8. Refunds, errors and disputes
Full refunds can be requested within 48 hours after each completed payment, including each weekly subscription charge, by emailing our support address. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete instructions. Refund eligibility under applicable law and payment-provider dispute rights are not restricted by these Terms. If you suspect a duplicate or unrecognized transaction, contact us promptly and review your PayPal activity before attempting to pay again.
9. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we grant the purchaser a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view, download and print their delivered calendar for personal, noncommercial use. You may not resell, distribute or publish the work as your own without permission. You retain rights in information you submit. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Service limitations and changes
We may contact you if the requested information is unusable, a service is unavailable, or we cannot lawfully complete the order. If we cannot provide a paid service, we will offer an appropriate remedy, including a refund when required. We may update future offerings and prices, but will not quietly substitute a higher subscription charge for an already-authorized plan. Any legally required notice and consent will be obtained before material subscription changes.
11. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monticello is not responsible for outcomes from personal choices based on astrological interpretations or for indirect losses arising from matters beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Governing law and changes to these Terms
Applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws govern your transaction. We do not purport to waive mandatory protections based on your state of residence. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date; terms accepted at the time of an order govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed to.
